ntopng also extracts and visualizes the SSH application banner which usually reports the name and version of the SSH client/server application used. ntopng generates the HASSH fingerprint of both the client and the server hosts of the flow. The button "Enable DNS lookups" in luci actually does nothing. In a similar way to the JA3 TLS signature, HASSH is a fingerprint on the SSH handshake. That probably explains why I do not see the names in the status. In the log mostly A queries from other clients, but not a single PTR query from the router itself. Head: /tmp/resolv.*/*: No such file or directoryĮnabled. Flows are sortable by application using the rightmost dropdown menu at the top right edge of the table. Tcp 0 0 192.168.2.1:53 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 26705/dnsmasq Flows are uniquely identified via a 5-tuple composed of: Source and destination IP address Source and destination port Layer-4 protocol Each flow is shown as a row entry in the flows table. I recently did a fresh install to the latest stable version on my WRT1900ACv2. I am having an issue with the "Enable DNS lookups" on real-time graphs in the Luci interface.
